Would be nice but....
I think SCO isn't just playing around. They are certainly not dumb. Many businesses and the government won't even touch Linux as a possible while this lawsuit is going on. Once this court decides (perhaps against SCO), they will somehow keep litigation trails all over the country with Linux issues, with the financial backing of some monopoly giants. Watch and see!
