People like you make Republicans look bad
I'm a Republican, and I couldn't disagree with you more. By
your rationale anything that can be used against us should
be banned? I got news for you, you take that route and you
are telling people like Osama bin Laden, "You win". 9/11
wasn't about people dying. They were shocked that they
killed that many people. They didn't expect the towers to
fall and expected to kill under 1,000. It wasn't about death
tolls, terrorism never is. It's about making people afraid,
and destroying our way of life. It was about ruining our
economy, hurting our businesses, and making us live in
fear. Changing our laws to restrict our freedoms is exactly
what they hoped to get out of this. It's not the American
Way. The American Way is to stand up and say " You may
have some say in how I die, but you will not tell me how I
will live." This is one example of restricting our rights in the
name of securing our safety, but it's wrong. It's nothing
more than giving in to the cowards and letting them win.
