It's clear that Judge Kimball's patience with SCO is wearing very thin and that put-up-or-shut-up time is fast approaching. That appears to be why the latest attempt to amend SCO's complaint has been denied, why SCO is only getting 4 hours with Mr. P, instead of the 7 they wanted, and why that 4 hours has to be in Armonk. I'm also quite certain that the best counsel IBM can afford will be present for the deposition so that the deponent doesn't have to say anything he isn't legally required to say.
