If Gates wants to have US students reconsider careers in IT,
he can first stop his own offshoring practices and open up the jobs back in America.

His company has earned a reputation for being arrogant and predatory and forgood reason. He's got to do a LOT to change this reputation.

Good luck. It'd be easier for me to get a date...
