So, the "Einsteins" at Redmond thought that UCLA grantign a Ph.D. is NOT GOOD ENOUGH to judge the skills of a candidate. And then they resorted to .... their ingeneous and infallible ... pop quiz.

That explains PLENTY about the 'screening' the HR does to the prospective engineers: If they do well in the pop quiz then... they are MS material (remember the 'Dumass material' comnercial? happy )

So all current MS 'engineers' passed this little magical qualifying quiz and then ALL of us can see the RESULTANT QUALITY in the MS s/w: trashworthy computing all the way.
