You don't really believe that all the A grade people care about your perceptions of MSs business practices.

Keep in mind that those who dropped out early in the interview process did, at least, START the interview process. Had your perceptions been their concern, they would not have started.

I strongly suspect that the dropouts did so for a variety of reasons. Most probably didn't feel that the company was a good fit for them.

I also strongly suspect that MS employs many, many A grade guys. I know you hate MS, that's your privilege. Insulting the many fine people who work for the company, however, is utterly unfair.

Oh, and no I DON'T work for MS, and have never applied for work there.
