Meaningless acceptance rate
MS says "..90 percent of those offered jobs these days accept them.." However if, as the article states, many of the best and brightest drop out early in the interview process, then this figure is meaningless.

What difference does it make if 90 percent of those offered jobs accept them, if the people you really want/need say "no thanks, before you make the offer?
