That's a decision by Dell to NOT support the capability of having personal on staff to support the multitude of OS's on the market or to deal with the idiots that request a PC without an OS who think they know what they're doing call them up and say the PC isn't working correctly and they need someone to fix it. Further, do you have a plan in place as to how a PC manufacturer can properly test a PC prior to it getting shipped out the door? Without an OS, I'm curious as to how ANYONE can ensure that all hardware components are in fact working.

Why don't you try thinking about things before responding to something...
