What does this have to do with Microsoft? If Dell decides to only sell computers with Windows on it, then that is a business decision by Dell. Microsoft can not compell Dell or any other company to use their software only but the OEM's are allowed, if they so choose, to do so.

Just because Dell only sells computers with Windows on them what does that have to do with multi-boot systems. You could buy a computer with Windows on it and load anything else you want to, or are the OEMs suppose to load another system pn the computer for you?
