For a detailed account of Go Corp and what Microsoft did to
them, read "Startup: A Silicon Valley Adventure," by Jerry Kaplan.
Basically, Microsoft got wind of Go's plans, formed a
"partnership" with them, copied all their stuff, dissolved the
partnership, and then produced Pen Windows.

There's a chapter in ex-Microsoftie Marlin Eller's book,
"Barbarians Led by Bill Gates," that more or less corroborates
Kaplan's tale. I wouldn't be surprised if Eller gets called to
testify, if this case actually reaches a courtroom. My only
question is, why did Kaplan wait so long to sue?
