Well...
Although a phone segfaulting is very unlikely, its likliness is quite close to windows mobile being infected with spyware or viruses. It would more likely be exploited through some security vulnerability. Even at that, the odds of that happening are quite low. I'm not trying to bash Linux here, and in fact it is the more stable of the two, except your idea of windows mobile being filled with mass spyware and viruses is a little out of proportion.
