For that reason, the company has poured most of its development resources into things like local language videos that explain PC basics, such as how to print and how to use a mouse."

The rest of the development resources went into things like making sure users can't hook up to a LAN, can't select a reasonable screen resolution and, oh, yeah, can't have more than 3 windows open.
