Everytime ZDNET quotes Gartner
they lose credibility. Gartner is an idiot looking only to get their name in print. It sounds like they expect the starter edition to be equal to the full version. Most users don't need a behemoth like XP and the starter edition will serve them just fine. If they need more, they can buy the full OS.
