I get what you are saying but
Seeing that office is dependant on win 2000 working and that office uses the same type of update system I feel I can relate the two. Maybe it?s more like if you bought a car and it stalled every 50 feet. You went to get service from the dealer because they are the only ones who can fix the issue. They take two weeks to get the part and then you find the part from NAPA and it?s in stock. In the mean time the car company is suggesting you upgrade to the newest motor. How?s that wink

I can?t figure out why the download wouldn?t start. It is the only time I?ve ever had a problem downloading something, and it?s not like you have to be a rocket scientist to double click on a link.

I haven?t had a chance to install the SP4 yet because one of our admen?s removed web shield from exchange and now the exchange server isn?t working (I?m trying not to vent again). I?ll let you know if it works.
