I posted almost the same comment on eWeek before reading
your comment here.

Whenever I read that M$ is getting into some new technology
and that they'll be providing tools, I can't help but think that
their true aim is to try to f**k up the target technology as much
as possible for any platform other than theirs.

They've done it so often that it's becoming so predictable it's
inevitable.
