Greed. That is why we are hemorrhaging jobs left, right and center. This talk of theirs CLAIMING "skills" is nothing more than a crock pot full of steaming cattle cack.

Greed and disloyalty toward workers who have strong work ethics and wish to better themselves and help the company they work for.

Greed and exploitation. It costs FAR LESS to give someone in Asia a job. Lower cost of living, far fewer laws to contend with (but we love laws over here... except for the environmental ones), it's far cheaper to train them as well...
