And why do I get that usual feeling that what constitutes actively encouraging infringement will never clearly be defined, so that the **AAs can sue without discretion..most likely what has been planned all along. Hopefully this will now mean that Microsoft will continually get the crap sued out of it, since its OS is used to pirate more stuf than any other piece of software out there.
But, then again, this is America..
