More would but can't get it
In many suburban and rural areas, not only is viable brandband options not available, but to add insult to injury, outdated PSC regulations allow phone companies to get by with providing lines with 28.8KB or less data rate capabilities. I do not consider "DreckWay" a viable alternative due to pricing, performance and reliability issues. The state of FL allows ISDN, which may be more widely available than DSL, to be priced in a very unattractive manner.

Thanks to Microsoft's bad code, broadband has now become a necessity if one is to keep his computer properly protected!
