- Wake Up, there are more skilled educated U.S. tech workers out of work than there are skilled/educated tech workers in all of India...the REASON for the shift is simple...costs! andddd the reason for the Cost difference is because there is a difference economic model in India with a FRACTION in the cost of living vs U.S. which brings along a FRACTION of the salary required to pay workers...that's all!
