Case in point
The problem with blanket accusations is that they blame everyone for things that may not be possible to put under control. I'm one of those white male executives, so I did a little statistical analysis of my department.

42% Women
18% Minorities
15% Black

in Management
55% Women
11% Black

Women are overrepresented in QA and under represented in programming. Technically they are overrepresented in Management, but I doubt you will get any of them to agree.

Now that you know all this -- can you say anything about the quality of my department? I'm close to the ideals, but that means nothing if my group can't do their job.
