The article is irrelevant, but for all the wrong reasons:

IT jobs are going out the door. It's kinda silly to whip out the x-ray glasses to see if your IT worker has male or female components and quantity of melanin in one's skin when three months from now you hear how the department is going to be shipped overseas. Lots of Indian women over there anyway - two minorities for the price of one; the executives must be drinking wine by the gallon for nimbly resolving the PC issue. (America first, sorry. That's what made America a superpower. And now it's being sold out. Apart from offshoring, it should be quite clear to everybody that "globalization" is an empty farce that hurts far more than it helps. Either we have a one-world government to compensate for a globalized economy or keep nations as they are and have FAIR trade policies. Not two-faced "free" trade ones where it's more free for us and restrictive for them. (What's the point of NAFTA when Canada can't even trade their medicines?! Well, in the event of an energy crisis, NAFTA allows us to take their supplies...)
