Random thoughts, by Jack Handey (of SNL fame).
1) Does 321's product actually crack the encryption, or just make a perfect copy? If it's the latter, I heartily encourage Macrovision to take a long walk off a short pier into the proverbial "Lake of Fire."

2) Which sounds better: "This lawsuit is based on a fundamental cornerstone of the American economic system--protection of intellectual capital" or "Lawsuits are based on a fundamental cornerstone of the American economic system--the opportunity to make a fast buck (for lawyers, and hey, maybe even the plaitiff)?"

3) Because Macrovision has always left a "bad taste in my mouth," and by undying love for them, please be advised that analog macrovision can easily be defeated with a Sima color corrector.

Cheerio!
