Perhaps he is trying to plug Linux, perhaps not. The fact still remains that this incident proves that Microsoft is more interested in forcing upgrades on customers than they are in providing a quality product that truly needs no upgrade!

That's right-- more interested in that cabbage than in the customer's convenience.
