You guys really should be happy about this: Us in the PC world were fairly certain our side-by-side AMD or Intel vs. G5 tests were CONCLUSIVE that single proc PC's spanked dual-G5's for almost everything save a sparse few programs. Now you're getting this technology. I know you've been brainwashed for years about the inferiority of higher bandwidth and clock speed, but you will learn to like going faster. Both Intel and AMD are way cooler running processors than G5 - and they are clearly faster. I've seen several dualie G5's and they don't hang with my single Athlon64 4000 in anything - including Pro-Tools and Photoshop. Intel and AMD do their monthly leapfrog and we PC users have the fastest hardware as a result.
