Hypervisor is 180 degrees off.
If you are looking for security and stability you don't run
multiple operating systems on top of Windows. You run
Windows as a virtual machine on top of Linux.

Our few remaining Windows servers are all virual machines
running in VMWare on Linux. When they get infected with a
virus, hacked, or just fubar'd by a bad service pack we can
replace them with a backup and be back in service in minutes.

Anything else is "building your house on sand"
