One of the reasons it's so fun to announce a transition to OSS products. Then the reps get a lot smilier, especially when they know it's not a bluff.

Okay, this year we swap out OpenOffice for Office. If you don't give us a better break on pricing, then we're going to start swapping out the OS next year.

I find negotiating with MSFT much easier when you have them by the nads.
