Forgotten rules of business

Big business in the quest for increased profits at ALL COSTS, has forgotten the number one tenet in customer relations. That is the ability of the customer to talk to technical support, be understood by the listener, understand the instructions as spoken to them, and to get reliable information from the EXPERT. Try getting any of the above from most of the major players tech support which is now housed in Indial. The tech support personnel may know what their talking about, but no one on this side of the ocean can figure it out! Saves money on tech support but eventually drives customers to find companies that care about the delivery of services to them.
