Levi, BPI = Anti globalisation protestor
Take a look here:

http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/6/34745.html

Its the BPI (British Phonographic Industry) investigating Amazon UK for selling imported CDs.
Claiming that imported CDs (legal CDs bought from abroad and sold into the UK) are a copyright violation because they aren't licensed for sale in the UK.

A previous lawsuit brought by Levi, to stop UK supermarkets selling Levi jeans bought cheaply from eastern Europe, was won by Levi.

Its seems globalisation is a bad thing, at least it is when industry wants to sell cheap CDs to Malaysia while selling expensive CDs to the UK. Or cheap jeans to Poland while selling expensive ones to UK.

Yet globalisation is a good thing when it comes to exporting jobs?

Personally, I think UK should be able to buy from the cheapest sources. If Uk has to pay more for everything then its cost of living is more expensive and its people can't compete on price. If they can't compete on price jobs go abroad.

2cents.
