Look at the numbers

The only reason Earthlink is offshoring is because they're on the verge of going out of business. They claim 71,000 subscribers for high speed, probably a lot less for dial up. That's a lesser number than most American city populations, a very low number indeed. They've been going under for a long time now, it's time they just closed their doors and give it up. Outsourcing won't save them, it'll only be their death warrant when they're boycotted.
