Price Point Makes Sense
Yeah, the price seems steep, but there is logic to it. There
will be plenty of people that will want it for its style, size
and newness factor. In the mean time, the price definitely
makes the 15G iPod more attractive and will spur sales of
what was previously considered the low end. After early
adopters empty the pipeline of the 1st gen iPod minis,
Apple will pull the price back to sub-$200 point. I've got a
30G iPod, so these aren't for me. I agree with previous
post that wondered why no black color was offered.
