And they're ugly too
While I really like the addition of color to the iPod line, you'd think the normally great designers at Apple could have picked a better set of colors. I'd never buy one at that price point, but if I were to ever get one, the silver is the only one I'd touch. In fact, if someone handed me one for free, the silver and the blue are the only ones I wouldn't feel a need to apologize in public for... "Yeah, I know it's ugly as all getout.... but it sounds great!"

And why not make a black one?

Having said that, I like the brushed aluminum trend. It'll hide scratches much better than the traditional iPod.
