$50 for 3.75X more hard drive space
Not really sure the new mini-iPod is a worldbeater. I
mean, for $50 more, you can get the low end iPod with
15G of space instead of the 4G offered on the mini. But
then again, the mini comes in a variety of colors.

I dig the new Garage Band program though. Makes it even
easier to take the means of music production out of the
hands of the RIAA pigopolists.

Office 2004 doesn't seem to really have any compelling
features, at least for me, to bother upgrading. Besides, I
feel like I should stick with OfficeX, which is supposedly the
last MS product for the Mac without product activation.
