Could this be a change in strategy?
Instead of being primarily a software company, based on products whose code they give away free to the world, Sun appears to be accumulating bits and pieces of a turnkey solution.
Wonder if this is a change in Mr. Schwartz's originally vision. Where's his name?

That solution is in the data center, notice, and not at users' desks. Well, as long as it's not more emphasis on their expensive server products...

I still think Sun would make its easiest and largest profits as an IT company. But, as you may have noticed, I'm not running Sun.
