delete user-created shortcuts?
"Also, the filing said, disabling Internet Explorer in XP does not automatically delete user-created shortcuts pointing at the application."

Why should it? If I, the user, manually create a shortcut to IE, I don't want Windows to go around deleting it, I can delete it myself, thank you very much. Windows should NEVER automatically delete things that the user explicitly made.
