BS Statistics
First off, I looked at the reference for those statistics. They're attributed to a some unnamed "German Magazine". In other words, although those numbers are very specific, the source you listed has NO idea where the numbers come from.

Second off, "38% of Doctors in America are Indians"?! I've been to hospitals in America. Both of my parents were nurses, so you could also say that I grew up in hospitals. 2/5 of the doctors are NOT Indian. In fact, I would be hard-pressed to find a SINGLE Indian doctor in ANY of the hospitals I visited or my parents worked in.

Third, given the facts that you have no solid reference for these statistics and that your statistic regarding doctors is HIGHLY questionable, I would say the rest of the statistics are HIGHLY questionable as well.

America has not always relied on foreign talent, be it Europeans, Chinese, Japanese, or Indians. In the 1800's we were clearly more advanced than the Chinese, Japanese, and Indians combined. In World War 2, we were unable to rely upon Europe for anything. In fact, England relied upon the US. After World War 2, we were clearly dominant over the Europeans, Chinese, Japanese, and Indians considering China and India were in abject poverty and Europe and Japan were destroyed. Europe and Japan only became world powers again because the US government rebuilt them. China and India are only becoming world powers now because US business are helping build them.

As for the India students at Stanford and MIT, I can't wait for them to go home. While you're at it, take the Indian H1-B's as well. Then we'll see some demand for US developers and US students will become interested in CS again.
