"According to the Sears filing, CSC "is obligated to continue providing (IT infrastructure support) services for an extended period following termination of the agreement.""

So Sears thinks it is good business to to fire someone, then tell them they have to keep working until they can find a replacement?

I wonder if they have considered that terminated workers have been know to leave "surprises" in computer systems that give their former employers problems for years?
