I can believe it
I can believe that MS can get 600,000 beta testers. There are plenty of corporations out there who wouldn't mind bending MS into making features they need for themselves.

But how many of those 600,000 work for anybody other than a large business or software company? How many are medium or small business users or even home users? Judging by the new features going into it, I'd say very few or none at all.

If MS wants to make these features for enterprise users, power to them. But they'd be foolish to think small business users and home users, who are a huge part of their installed base, would buy into all those features without looking at the alternatives first and asking why they need them.
