"I didn't expect you to believe me. You are a linux fanboy.
Life must be difficult in the linux world where you show off
your non-impressive white collar heroic knowledge and
90% of the people don't care."

Funny I'm not really out to impress anyone, not looking
good for you however it that was your goal (maybe in the
windows world being wrong it an asset?).

"It was one of them. You claimed earlier that breaking QT
or Real doesn't constitute a full functioning version of XP
client."

And my position was right (X Edition N should not break QT
or RP).

"What did you expect when the EC ordered all of WMP out
of the client including registry settings. Out means out!
Cannot have it both ways."

No they didn't, do you think but keep repeating it someone
might believe you're right? You've failed to produce any
evidence that the EC ordered "all of WMP out", actually the
evidence is the opposite which can be demonstrated by the
upcoming version of XP Edition N APPROVED by the EC. NB
The ruling has never changed!

On the topic of interoperability:

"You claim open source doesn't have access. They do. They
just cannot get it for free and this is what is holding the
whole thing up right now."

Then you provide a link to an [url=http://www.eweek.com/
article2/0,1759,1754344,00.asp]eweek that says
exactly the opposite to your position and supports mine:
"Microsoft has proposed a licensing agreement blatantly
tailored to exclude free software from accessing it," he
said.
It's not about affordability, the terms EXCLUDE IT BEING
USED IN GPL PROJECTS (hello? hello?).

Then to really make yourself look like a real goose you link
to another [url=http://uk.builder.com/manage/business/
0,39026582,39242538,00.htm]article that says:
Microsoft has responded to some of the concerns about its
proposed server interoperability licence, but has not yet
worked out how to stop disadvantaging open source
vendors.

Last month the European Commission (EC) rejected
Microsoft's proposed server interoperability licence, saying
it contained a number of serious flaws including
unjustifiably high royalty fees and the exclusion of open
source vendors.
Did you even read the articles before linking?

"They didn't even start fining MS."

What? A new low - you must know [url=http://
news.com.com/Microsoft+pays+EU+in+full/2100-
1014_3-5255715.html]MS HAS PAID THE FINE
ALREADY into an escrow account didn't you?

"As for code, I believe Samba will pay something for
interoperability. You will have free Samba and Commercial
Samba. Just like AdAware."

Do you know anything about the GPL? You can't have a free
and commercial version of a co-operatively developed piece
of software unless all of the contributors were to assign
their copyrights over to a new group - and with MS involved
you can be sure this ain't going to happen.

"I showed you that you were wrong. Must not like the link
from MS. They were ordered out. You are in denial."

They weren't ordered out. MS was order to come back with
a solution and they did (with a little help of the EC). The
link supports 100% the original ruling and my position, just
where does it prove that they were told to remove libraries
breaking QT or Real (ie your claim)?

"Remember MS EU pays more in taxes than those non-
profits or Nix service companies combined. They are not
going to punish them hard. You are the delusional one."

Ah showing your true colours, IT ABOUT THE MONEY. MS
should be able to do what it likes because Billy has cash?

Well I hope it isn't the case, and that the EC actually cares
about competition in the EEA. So far I like what I'm seeing.

It's almost dizzying that you can keep introducing more
and more material and yet you keep getting more an more
wrong. Maybe you should start with a clean slate?
