Good for India!
For a long time they have been known as the country that supplies cheap labor to American corporations who are willing to sell the US out if necessary in order to boost their profits. Of course there is nothing wrong with employing global talent, but when the focus is on cost of labor rather than the talent itself, the whole process becomes malignant. A nation that fails to invest in its own population will eventually end up enslaved to its foreign suppliers. Corporations who are constantly searching for cheap labor are like the fools who deal with loan sharks and con artists. Everything works good in the beginning and then everything turns sour.

But the problem is not with India, China, or any of the Asian countries themselves. The problem lies with the decision makers right here in the US. The sooner these countries get their own IT industries moving and begin to compete strongly with the US, the better for the US and for the whole world. When wages finally start to take off in these countries and currencies get revalued and result in massive inflation here at home, the chickens will have come home to roost. And perhaps at that point the American worker will once again be appreciated and valued.
