Not to take sides...

But it isn't the 'socialist free software people' that are putting the money in the hands of these countries. Its the 'greedy capitalist corporations' that is sending money of there with outsourcing. Plus you'll see the article is about a new liscense unlikely to see strong use in the US at least, since it sounds rather similar to liscenses that already exist. And, as mentioned, there is effort to reduce the number of free liscenses for clarity.
