Mythic Entertainment is a company, but Mythic is the game. I think if you read the article again you would find more than enough reasons to file.

In fact, they were lame enough to play the legal game with Microsoft at first... that's like asking the colombia drug lords to stop selling coke cause coca cola own that brand name... lol

I don't know anything about mythica, but this is just one more pie-in-the-eye for microsoft. It really saddens me to think how corrupt our government is to allow this corporation to CONTINUE to beat up on anyone, anywhere and practically admit it in most cases.... woe is me!
