What proof do you need? Let's see, your copyright certificate and a copy of the product might start the ball rolling. Don't know what the court will decide, but I kinda suspect the evidence will be in hand.

SCO needs to hang in there and fight the good fight on the legal front. The IT community must band together and fight the illicit LInux code that is permeating our IT infrastructure.
