not to mention Mythic only wants the name changed and/or something somewhere where people can see it that draws a difference between the two. The fact that they were forwarned about a lawsuit and chose not to do anything just goes to show that MS didn't care that they were about to be sued over it. When a company says "we're going to sue you" and you don't do anything to stop it, it's almost as if you don't care.

Don't forget the magic of a small asterix on the cover with a small footnote denoting the difference between the two.

The defence that Mythic is the company and Mythica is a game isn't really that strong, what's to stop someone from assuming that Mythic made a game named after itself, I mean after all several of the elements are still there, looks just like a game they'd make, companies have done it before...

The Lindows thing is different, since you can't copyright "windows" and Lindows is more for the effect of a descriptive name than an actual dig into MS sales.
