- Get SCO into court while they still exist

I was at least hoping that the GPL would finally be validated (or not) in a court of law, but at the rate SCO's lawyers are bleeding them dry, to say nothing of disgruntled and disillusioned investors, there may not be a company left in solvency by the time this whole debacle makes its way inside a court room. Before the legal underpinnings of open source might ever receive the impramatur of the courts, Darl & crew will probably salvage what "stray assets" they can fit into their flight bags and abscond to some Tahitian backwater for an extended vacation.
The poor saps who are left holding the bag when SCO has its final House of Usher-like fall may end up living in Maytag boxes down by the river.
