i think that was the general idea...
Darl and his merry men, have already made quite a bit of money by reselling their shares in SCO, when the lawsuit put them at an all-time high. What do they care about if th ecompany lives or dies... the next step is to get the company sold, to pay the 20% selling commition to the lawyers.
