Ah, now we know how you see things.: But I would not say "Adobe standard comes standard on all new computers."

If it doesn't come standard on new computers and is a dominant format, then it is price gouging. Just WHO is getting gouged? Certainly not the fools who buy it knowing there are cheaper or free tools that do what they want. The people that do use it for its intended purpose view it as a productivity tool that greatly speeds up the time it takes to create documents, and its cost is negligible compared to what they recoup.
