lethax alludes to (but doesn't explain) some "extreme" limitations in the UI. Since there are some demanding customers currently achieving unheard-of speed to production, I tend to think the complaints are exaggerated (sure enough, there's that width setting for fields).

Frankly, TenFold would still be worth it even if it made every field 80 characters wide. Sure, VPs make silly requests (I want a popup for yes/no, not a checkbox, and it should be purple with green borders and a cute thumbs-up/thumbs-down animation). And who can blame them when all they have to look at after 3 months is a prototyped screen shot that doesn't actually do anything? Instead, use TenFold and get that first working version into their hands ASAP. Even with 80-character-wide fields, that's a huge improvement.

Painting is fun, but it doesn't pay the bills.
