Describe, don't code

First, describing an application in some non-code form is an idea that is obviously desirable. Using that description to _generate_ code is interesting, and is perhaps a decent half step if you didn't start out with a sufficiently complete description of the application. However, if you have a sufficiently complete description, you should want to write one codeset that can _render_ that description in all of its valid permutations. You can test the heck out of a single codeset and let the multitude of rendered applications benefit from its stability.

The trick is to invent the semantics to correctly and concisely describe the behavior of your application. For enterprise applications, it takes a lot of thought to define the proper semantics. TenFold has put vast experience and resources into its semantics and renderer, which are currently proving themselves in production.

Yes, this is the way to go.
