Hope so...
Right now, dealing with Dell's tech and customer support is something akin to a nightmare, if only because it is hard for some US customers (like, say, me) to understand the strong accents a lot of the service people have. When the tech support was here in the US, and I had a problem, the technician actually tried to solve the problem. Nowadays, the current technicians just suggest rebooting, and then reformatting, and not a whole heckuva lot in between.

A real shame, I found Dell to be a fantastic company when it came to customer support in the past. Nowadays, I'd be reluctant to buy another product from them.
