6/10 Good, but could use improvements
duke974 - 04/07/09
First off let me say that this is a better product than any of the Linksys VOIP router/adapters, which isn't saying much. The brand new (not refurbished) unit that I rec'd had a defect out of the box; caller ID problem. Also, Zoom tech support is pretty pathetic, which seems to be status quo for this industry. The user interface is decent but is somewhat non-intuitive. It could definitely have been designed better to make setup and tweaks a lot easier and faster. I look forward to the day that someone makes a solid VOIP adapter.
